Serious Crash Reported On Route 1 Central Jersey

Police, firefighters and EMS crews were responding to a serious crash on Route 1 in Middlesex County, authorities said.

The crash occurred at about 11:25 a.m. Tuesday, April 4 on Route 1 northbound South of the Morris Goodkind Bridge in New Brunswick, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.

Two right lanes of three lanes were closed, nj511.org reported.
